At Viora, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns:
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, used grooming products and personal care items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Refunds:
Once approved and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations:
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed.
